  • habits

There are plenty of these that you have carried with you from childhood.   Why don't you try to break them.

Eating in front of the television is a comfort to you.  Try to break that by eating in the school cafeteria instead of bringing the food back to your room.

Also, continue progressing on your jogging.  And make sure to take a walk around campus instead of lying in your bed.  I think this will do you a lot of good.

  • a reminder

Try to find the "good" in life.  I know that sometimes death seems comforting, but there has to be some reason to carry on until you die by accident or naturally when your body runs out.  Why you should stay any longer is beyond me.  I guess you have to do it because it is wrong.

  • Changes

I have to break some old habits if I want to succeed.  That is why I have decided to start jogging on recommendation of my friend John.  I have also cut back my television time to a few hours a week.  This is a vast improvement from last semester when I spent most of my waking hours with my eyes fixed on the screen.  Fortunately this summer helped me break out of that habit since I didn't have a television to sit in front of.  I also plan on writing my homework by hand to get used to that method of transferring information from my head to the external world.

My new day should look something like this:

    1. Go to class
    2. jog
    3. eat lunch
    4. study
    5. go to work study job doing laundry of sports teams
    6. read something
    7. sleep
I also need to find the time in between then to add other things.
